Selling chicken seems simple, right?

You have some chicken, someone else pays money for your chicken…

It’s not that easy when you’re a national brand with 300 stores/outlets and thousands of hungry customers!

Lenard’s found us in late 2016 and asked us to help them enhance their online store to allow customers to buy some special Christmas products with multiple flavours, sauces, and other complicated industry-specific business logic.

We rose to the challenge, and worked hard to meet the tight Christmas deadline. The result was a 97% increase in online sales compared to 2015.

The biggest difference for Lenard’s Marketing team compared to previous firms engaged was the simple way the Line26 team explained things to non-IT guru’s.  It allowed for faster decision making and ensured we understood elements of work required by Marketing, Lenard’s IT and Line26, and led to a much better relationship and execution of work.

Line26 are now our preferred web developer.

Lenard’s engaged Line26 to redesign our online presence and integrate our back-end ERP system directly with the new web-site.  Both Andrew and Chris showed a genuine interest in turning our unique requests into reality and were able to easily communicate their ideas to all stake-holders in our company.
